Raising a child in a corona lifestyle.

This is one of the biggest challenges people especially newly became parents are facing.

How to raise children in such situation wherein they are not allowed to go out and play with other same age children; whole day, a week and in some cases a whole month they are inside of the house. Truly unexpected and cruel situation. No schools, no friends, not much new learning or sharing scope. Most of them are being addicted to mobile or TV sets.  

If this continuous then the coming generation Will lack empathy and won't be able to learn lots of things which we have learnt in schools and from friends when we were at their ages.


On the other hand people like me, a father of a daughter feeling a sigh of relief thinking, the girl child will stay in house so no issue or afraid of her security. I'd always wanted something like that but not at the cost of such a horrifying disease. But I am little less worried for my girl due to Covid situation. You might feel I'm being little selfish but you did not realize that the rape instances has been decreased, road accidents have also been decreased, girl child abuse had the lowest numbers since lockdown.

In a nutshell, there are lots of negative impacts for a child to be at home compared to brighter side.

Hope this gets over soon and all children get a chance to breath outer air freely.

Work from Home is a blessing in disguise

True, its a blessing for the families like us who recently became parents but living in a nuclear family.  My baby born in Sept 2019 and her mom and I both are working. We wanted to buy a home but also were confused whether to go for it or not as she was going to quit her job after baby and with one earning member buying a home and maintaining a decent life isn't a joke. But last year this month both of our companies offered working from home option and we were really happy  Reason 1 baby won't be alone as she was just 6 months older and the reason no 2 why we were happy as we cut down lots of expenses and were able to buy a house on loan obviously. Work from home has given us a great opportunity to handle our family in a great way. It has changed way of thinking, minimizes travelling cost and time.
