How to stop worrying and start living.

I had this topic in my mind for years either I wanted to think or write on it. Recently, I read the book by Dale Carnegie which has a same title as my blog. It has given some of the best magical formulas to achieve complete peace of mind in any condition.

I can't type all of them here due to copyright issue but I will share one of my favorite techniques here. For example, one of the methods Dale Carnegie explains, 1) we need to confront the worst situation and 2) accept the worst ever result we can think of it and 3rd) we need to work on improving the worst which we already have accepted. This is a simple but very powerful method we could follow in order to avoid going through some sleepless nights and manifesting diseases in body.

If you are a worrier and always think about your problems or issues or any worry or fear is eating you up then this book is for you. I can bet after reading first 50-60 pages your 70% worries will be disappeared.
There are some techniques in this book, I'd rather say some proven methodologies which are so accurate and precise it will eliminate your fear and worries in a second. Those are the facts and not fictions. Solid rules that are rational.

It's a great experience reading "How to stope worrying and start living" by Dale Carnegie and helped me a lot. It was first published in 1948 with real life stories and proven examples. Examples that we can use in our daily routine to change the entire life experience and change our mediocre mental attitude to ultra positive attitude.

I have seen people have ruined their entire life worrying about almost everything. But in the end all those worries and fear ate them up from inside. There's one research shows 70% of all human diseases are made from worry and fear. And I can 100% relate that. There are lots of examples and you also have experiences in your real life how human manifest such diseases in their mind and then it comes to their body. Such as stomach ulcers, heart related issue, blood pressure etc.
I'd strongly recommend you to ask yourself. Are you looking to live a happening worry free life or not? If the answer is Yes then please read that book.
