How to stop worrying and start living.
I had this topic in my mind for years either I wanted to think or write on it. Recently, I read the book by Dale Carnegie which has a same title as my blog. It has given some of the best magical formulas to achieve complete peace of mind in any condition. I can't type all of them here due to copyright issue but I will share one of my favorite techniques here. For example, one of the methods Dale Carnegie explains, 1) we need to confront the worst situation and 2) accept the worst ever result we can think of it and 3rd) we need to work on improving the worst which we already have accepted. This is a simple but very powerful method we could follow in order to avoid going through some sleepless nights and manifesting diseases in body.
